These Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between ZIPHome.ee customers and Redcut Grupp OÜ (the owner and operator of the ZIPHome.ee online store) in connection with the purchase of products from the online store.
ZIPHome.ee reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions and the price list in order to improve the development, usability and security of the online store. All changes will be published on www.ziphome.ee.
Product Information
- Product selection, availability and prices may change without prior notice.
- Availability displayed in the online store may differ from actual stock levels due to system updates.
- Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.
- Products included in an order are not automatically reserved.
- The purchase agreement is considered concluded and becomes effective only after the agreed advance payment has been received in the ZIPHome.ee bank account.
- By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Prices
- All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Delivery costs may be added depending on the selected delivery method.
- In the event of a pricing error, ZIPHome.ee will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer may cancel the order or confirm it at the corrected price.

Orders are processed only after the required advance payment has been received. Orders are usually confirmed within one business day. The delivery time is confirmed together with the order confirmation.

For bank link payments, the payment must reach our bank account before the order is delivered. Please include the order number in the payment description (e.g. #30XXXXX).

Important notice: every financial decision involves risks and obligations. Please carefully assess your financial situation before entering into an instalment agreement.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the furniture selected. The product description indicates the approximate delivery time in weeks, calculated from the date the order is confirmed.
We aim to arrange delivery at a time convenient for you. On the day before delivery, we will call you to propose a delivery time. On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you before arrival using the phone number provided with the order.
The driver will bring the furniture inside only if a carry-in service has been ordered. This service can be added when placing the order or before the delivery date by contacting us by email or phone.
Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods upon presentation of the original invoice.
A full refund will only be issued if the product is:
- unused
- in its original packaging
- not fully or partially assembled
If the product has been opened or assembled, the refund may be up to 80% depending on the condition of the product.
Individual (made-to-order) products, including products manufactured according to a selected fabric, dimensions or configuration, are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- wall panels
- textiles
- mattresses
- discounted or promotional products
Return costs are covered by the customer unless the reason for the return is a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
Damage and Warranty Claims
ZIPHome.ee is responsible for defects that appear within 2 years from the date of delivery. The invoice serves as proof for submitting a claim.
ZIPHome.ee is not responsible for defects caused by improper use, use for purposes other than intended, or normal wear and tear.
Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable laws. ZIPHome.ee does not disclose customer data to third parties unless this is necessary for payment processing or for compliance with legal obligations.
Final Provisions
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. Customer enquiries will be answered within 5 business days. If no agreement can be reached, the customer may contact the Consumer Protection Authority or Harju County Court (Tallinn).
All matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
