The Norlen bedside table pays homage to 1950s design while adding a contemporary twist through minimalist shapes, vintage-inspired details and modern proportions. Gently rounded corners and a wooden base create a distinctive retro character, while the clean lines make the table easy to integrate into contemporary interiors. The furniture is finished in walnut veneer applied using a vacuum membrane press, allowing the veneer to follow the curved surfaces precisely and creating a consistent finish with depth and character.

The surface features a water-based varnish that provides resistance to wear and moisture. The structure is made from MDF, while the interior panels are finished with tonal melamine to maintain a cohesive look. Two spacious drawers feature concealed runners and a soft-closing system. The brushed satin stainless steel handles have a slanted design for a comfortable grip, while their finish helps reduce the visibility of fingerprints and scratches. Adjustable elements at the base allow the bedside table to be precisely levelled on slightly uneven surfaces
