These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between customers of ZIPHome.ee and Redcut Grupp OÜ, the owner and operator of the ZIPHome.ee online store, in connection with purchases made via the website.
ZIPHome.ee reserves the right to amend and update these Terms & Conditions and the price list in order to improve the development, usability, and security of the online store. All changes will be published at www.ziphome.ee.
Product Information
- Product assortment, availability, and prices may change without prior notice.
- Availability displayed in the online store may differ from actual stock due to system updates.
- Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.
- Products placed in an order are not automatically reserved.
- The purchase agreement is considered concluded and becomes effective only after the agreed prepayment is received in the ZIPHome.ee bank account.
- By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

- All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Delivery fees may apply depending on the selected delivery method.
- In the event of a pricing error, ZIPHome.ee will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer may cancel the order or confirm it at the corrected price.

Orders are processed only after the required prepayment has been received. Orders are typically confirmed within 1 business day. The delivery time will be confirmed together with the order confirmation.

Important: Every financial decision involves risks and obligations. Please carefully assess your financial capabilities before entering into an installment agreement.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the selected furniture. The product description shows an approximate delivery time in weeks, calculated from the order confirmation date.
We aim to arrange delivery times that are convenient for you. The day before delivery, we will call to propose a time. On the delivery day, the driver will contact you in advance using the phone number provided in the order.
The driver will carry the furniture inside only if you have ordered the carry-in service. This service can be added when placing the order or at any time before delivery by contacting us via email or phone.
Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased from the online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the original invoice is presented.
A full refund is issued only if the product is:
- unused
- in its original packaging
- not fully or partially assembled
If the product has been opened or assembled, a refund of up to 80% of the purchase price may be issued depending on the condition of the returned product.
Custom-made (individual) orders, including products made according to the customer's choice of fabric, dimensions, configuration, or other personalized specifications, are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- wall panels
- textiles
- mattresses
- discounted or sale items
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
Damage Claims & Warranty
- ZIPHome.ee is responsible for defects that appear within 2 years from the delivery date. The invoice is required as proof for claims.
- ZIPHome.ee is not responsible for defects caused by incorrect use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable laws. ZIPHome.ee does not disclose customer data to third parties unless required for payment processing or legal obligations.
Final Provisions
Disputes are resolved through negotiations. Customer inquiries are answered within 5 business days. If an agreement is not reached, the customer may contact the Consumer Protection Authority or Harju County Court (Tallinn).
All matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
