When paying by bank transfer, the payment must reach our bank account before the delivery of your order. Please indicate your order number in the payment purpose field (for example: #30XXXXX).

ESTO 10 – Pay in 10 Interest-Free Installments

With ESTO 10, you can split the total cost of your order into 10 equal payments with no additional fees.

Simply add the items to your shopping cart, select ESTO 10 as your payment method at checkout, and sign the agreement using ID-card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID.

  • Minimum shopping cart amount: 60 €
  • Available to residents of Estonia aged 18–70
  • Interest rate: 0% per annum

If the total amount is paid in full within 10 months, no additional fees apply. If payments are not made according to the agreed schedule, the ESTO 10 agreement will terminate and the outstanding balance will be treated as credit under the ESTO overdraft agreement, including applicable surcharges.


ESTO 3 – Pay in 3 Interest-Free Installments

With ESTO 3, you can divide the total order amount into 3 equal payments with no additional fees.

Select ESTO 3 at checkout and sign the agreement using ID-card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID.

ESTO 3 Conditions

  • Minimum shopping cart amount: 60 €
  • Available to residents of Estonia aged 18–70
  • Interest rate: 0% per annum

If the full amount is paid within 3 months, no additional fees apply. Failure to follow the payment schedule will result in termination of the ESTO 3 agreement and the debt being treated as credit under the ESTO overdraft agreement, including applicable surcharges.

Delivery

Delivery within Estonia (excluding islands) is carried out by courier.

Delivery cost: 39 €
Delivery is available to locations that are accessible by a cargo minibus.

Delivery to the islands and transport outside Estonia are calculated individually upon request.

We strive to arrange delivery times that are convenient for you. On the day before delivery, you will receive a call with the proposed delivery time. On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you in advance using the phone number specified in the order.

The driver will carry the furniture inside only if you have ordered the furniture carry-up service. You may request this service by providing the relevant details when placing your order. The carry-up service can also be added at any time before the delivery date by contacting us via email at tellimine@zipzip.ee or by phone at +372 673 0822.

The delivery time depends on the selected furniture. The product description indicates a preliminary delivery period in weeks, which is calculated from the day the order is confirmed.

We inform our customers in advance about any possible delivery delays and provide an estimated delivery time using the contact details specified in the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased from the online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided that the original receipt or invoice is presented.

Only products purchased from the Estonian online store www.ziphome.ee are eligible for return or exchange.

A full refund will be issued only if the returned product is:

  • unused,
  • in its original packaging,
  • not fully or partially assembled.

If the product has been opened and fully or partially assembled, a refund of up to 80% of the purchase price may be issued, depending on the condition of the returned product.

If the product is defective or has a non-repairable fault, the full amount paid will be refunded.

If only one part of the product is defective, it is sufficient to return only the defective part.

Individual (custom-made) orders, including products manufactured according to the customer’s selection of fabric, dimensions, configuration, or other personalized specifications, are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • wall panels,
  • textiles,
  • mattresses,
  • discounted or sale items.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
